GUIRE, Luke, late of ____< Jan 3, 1710, estate ordered distributed by Captain Joseph Wakeman and Sargeant Gideon Allen, page 391.

Jan. 3, 1710, Hannah a daughter of decedent, made choice of her brother Luke to be her guardian, and Hannah (Mary), a daughter of decedent, made choice of her father in law Robert Turney, to be her guardian, pages 390 and 391.


HAIT, John, late of Danbury, in 1712, letters of administration on his estate granted to his sons Samuel and John, page 213.

Inventory taken by Thomas Taylor and John Gregory, and Isreal Curtiss, had land near Mathew Bouton and Jacob Weed, and filed Mch. 27, 1712, page 213.

Mch. 27, 1712, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Ensign Thomas Taylor and Isreal Curtiss to his widow and children, some of the children have had part of their portions, no names, page 215.

Feb. 27, 1712/13, distribution agreement dated, between his widow, Hannah Hoit, Mary Hoit widow of Nathaniel Hoit, late of Danbury, John Hoit, Samuel Hoit, Thomas Hoit, Joshua Hoit, and Benjamin Hoit, sons of said John Hoit, deceased, Francis Barnum and Deborah, his wife, a daughter of said John Hoit, deceased, page 248.


HAIT, Jonas, late of Stamford, died Dec. 2, 1711, and on Mch. 4, 1712/13, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Sarah Hait and his brother Benjamin Hait, page 381.

Inventory taken Jan 28, 1711/12, by Daniel Scofield, Benjamin Hait, and Samuel Weed, verified by Sarah Hait and Benjamin Hait, mentioned his children, Daniel, ae. 5 yrs; Sarah, ae. 3 yrs last Oct., 1711; Jeremiah, ae. One yrs on 2nd Sept, 1711; and Jonas born 9th Mch. 1711/12, and filed Mch. 4, 1712/13, page 249.

June 3, 1713, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Captain Joseph Bishop and Benjamin Hait, brother of deceased, to his widow and children, as aforesaid, page 230.

Jan. 6, 1713/14, the court appointed Benjamin Hait, Jr., guardian of Daniel and Jonas, sons of decedent, page 377
