FAIRCHILD, Zachariah, late of Stratford, Sept 6, 1703, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Hannah Fairchild and John Beach of Stratford, page 31b.

Inventory taken Sept. 6 1703, by Mathew Sherwood, Jr., Benjamin Fairweather, and Alexander Fairchild, had an interest in 12 acres in the three mile division at Stratford bought of Richard Blacklash, and filed Sept. 6, 1703, page 31.

May 18, 1704, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Samuel Hubbell, Ensign David Sherman, and John Odell, Jr., to his widow Hannah and children six sons and two daughters, no names, Page 31.

May 18. 1704, David a son of decedent, made choice of his uncle Nathaniel Beach to be his guardian, page 31.

May 18, 1704, the court appointed the following guardians: Captain Mathew Sherwood guardian of Caleb; Sergeant Mathew Sherwood guardian of Ager; John Beach guardian of James: Joseph Beach guardian of Mary: Isack Beach guardian of Zachariah; and the widow (continued on page 166).
