BENNITT, Thomas, Sr., late of Fairfield, June 29, 1704, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow, page 107.

Inventory taken June 17, 1704, by Stephen Sherwood and Isaack Sherwood, and filed June 24, 1704, page 107.

Distribution agreement dated June, 1704, between his heirs, Viz: son Thomas to have land next to Thomas Disbrow and land next to Daniel Sherwood: son John: son in law Samuel Steward to have land next to Nathaniel Hays and Samuel Marvel, which had been given to him on his marriage with decedent's daughter: son James: son Peter, a minor: Elizabeth Bennitt, widow of deceased, and her son in law Henry Hendrick, page 149.


BICKLEY, William, Late of Stratford, will dated, Feb. 4, 1706/7, probated Apl. 24, 1707, all to his wife Bethyah. Executrix his wife with the assistance of Joseph Curtis and Jonathan Pitman, both of Stratford. Witnesses James Trebridge and Edmond Lewis, page 110.

The Widow refused to qualify as executrix, and letters granted to her as administratrix, page 110.

Jan. 25, 1707/8, account filed by Bethyah Glover, administratrix, who refused to act further, and John Glover of Stratford was appointed in her place, page 63a.

Inventory taken Apl. 28, 1707, by Benjamin Curtis, John Hawley, and Benjamin Beach, and filed Apl. 24, 1707, page 109.


BLACKLATCH, John, late of _____< Sept. 3, 1712, gone to sea several years since, and supposed to be deceased, and letters of administration on his estate granted to his father Richard Blacklatch, page 385.


BLACKLY, Joseph, late of Norwalk, inventory taken Jan. 3, 1707/8, by Daniel Betts and John Copp, and filed Feb. 14, 1707/8, page 115.

Feb. 16, 1707/8, , account filed, and estate ordered distributed by John Ramion and John Copp to his widow Mehitabell and one child under seven years of age page 115.
