RAIMENT, John, (continued from page 122), of his uncle Samuel Bots to be his guardian, page 136.

Feb. 5, 1695/6, Hannah Raiment, a daughter of decedent, made choice of he uncle Thomas Bets, to be her guardian, page 136.

REED, William, late of Fairfield, July 6, 1697, letters of administration on his estate granted to his son john, his daughter Abigail Reed, and son in law Joseph Barlow, page 185.

Inventory taken June 25, 1697, by Samuel Robinson and Jon Edwards, mentioned that decedent during his lifetime settled his property on his children John, Sarah wife of Joseph Barlow (may have married 2nd Zachariah Ferris), and Abigail Reed (May have married Samuel Summer). His widow Mary reed, in consideration of certain property released her dower rights. In the deed of gift Sergeant John Thomas of Fairfield was appointed to distribute the estate. Witnesses Jonathan Pitman and Josiah Harvey, and Filed July 6, 1697, page 185.

RIGHT (or RITE), James, late of Greenwich, baker, will dated Mch. 9, 1690/1, probated in 1691, devised all his estate to John Marshall, Sr., and appointed his executor, page 42.

Inventory taken Mch. 9 1691, by John Mead Jr., and Jonathan Renolds, and filed in 1691, page 42.

ROBERSON, Samuel, late of Fairfield, will dated Apl. 2, 1698, probated Apl. 26, 1698, mentioned his wife Abigaile, who was devised the homestead bought of Joseph Roland, and daughter Damaris, who was devised land in Lockwood's Swamp, land at Sasco Hill bought of Thomas Sherwood, and lots bought of Mr. Harvey and John Cable. Executrix his wife. Witnesses Daniel Bur, Jr., and Elnathan Hanford, Page 155.

ROBERTS, William, late of Woodbury, will not dated, probated Mch. 23, 1690/1, mentioned his wife Sarah, who was devised the house and let testator had of Benjamin Hinman, and children, Zacariah, Amos, (continued page 124).
