JUDSON, Joseph, Lieut, late of Woodbury, will dated Feb. 27, 1679, probated Mch. 10, 1690/1, mentioned his wife Sarah, who was to receive 1/2 of his house at Stratford and the meadow bought of Benjamin Blackman, children John, James, Sarah Howell, Grace Priden, Hannah, Master,Ruth and Abegaile. Executor son John. Overseers brother Jeremiah Judson, Joseph Hawley, and Samuel Sherman, Jr., Witnesses Zachariah Walker and Susan Walker, page 30.

Inventory taken of property at Woodbury Oct. 28, 1690, by John Miner, Isreal Curtis, John Sherman, and John Mitchell, and filed Mch. 10, 1690/1, page 30.

Inventory taken of property at Stratford Mch. 6, 1691, by Samuel Sherman and Samuel Hawley and filed Mch. 10, 1690/1 page 30.

KELLOG, Daniel, late of Norwalk, Oct 31, 1692, Joseph Plat, Daniel Brinsmead and Abraham Nickcoles, sons in law of decedent, having received their share released the administrators Samuel Hays and Samuel Smith. Witnesses James Olmstead and Rachell Smith, page 73.

Joseph Kellog and Benjamin Kellog, having received their share by their guardians Christopher Comstock and Thomas Bebe, made same release. Witnesses John Fitch and Samuel Marvin, Page 73.
