Mch. 10, 1691, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his widow and children aforesaid, page 25.

May 5, 1691, agreement between Joseph Turney and Mary, his wife, late widow of Decedent, and Jonathan Bell and Samuel hair, administrators of decendents estate, the widow to have 1/3 and also the other 2/3 until Joshua became of age, and to have the improvement of what shall come to Moses and Abigaile, also land until Samuel became of age, and to keep the smaller children Moses, and Abigail, Witnesses John Finch and Johanna Hait, page 224.
