Aug. 14, 1706, account filed and estate ordered distributed by Sargeant John Thompson and William Hill to his widow and children John, Samuel, and Mary, page 215.

Aug. 14, 1706, the court appointed Joseph Wakeman guardian of John and Samuel, and the widow guardian of Mary, page 215.

COLY, Peter, late of Fairfield, Mch. 1690, letters of administration on his estate granted to his son Peter Coly, page 3.

Inventory taken Mch. 31, 1690, by John Wakeman and Eliphalet Hill, mentioned his widow Sarah, and children, Samuel, who was left property by his grandfather, Peter, Sarah, ae. 22 yrs, Ann, ae. 16 yrs last June; Mary, ae. 13 yrs; Elizabeth, ae. 8 yrs; and Hannah, ae. 6 yrs; and filed Apl. 5, 1690, page 3.

Agreement as to distribution filed Mch. 15, 1694, and estate distributed to his widow Sarah Coly, and children Mary wife of Nicolas Johnson, Samuel, Peter, Sarah, and Ann, no others mentioned. Page 133.
