Jonathan, late of Stamford, died in 1685, and on July 18, 1685, letters of administration on his estate granted to Stephen Closon, Sr., and David Closon, page 178.
Inventory taken by Sergeant Daniel Weed, Joshua Hoyt, and John Waterbury, mentioned his children Stephen, ae, about 4 yrs, and Sarah, ae, about 1 1/2, years, and filed July 18, 1685, page 178.
Mch. 4, 1685, his mother Elizabeth Closon, ae, about 54 yrs, testified as to the property which was confirmed by Stephen Colson ae about 26 yrs, a brother of intestate, page 179.

John, late of Stratford, Nov. 5, 1689, letters of administration on his estate granted to Joseph Curtis of Stratford, page 299.

COUCH, Simon, Nov. 2, 1687, complained in regard to horses, page 231.

COUCH, Simon, late of ye West Farms, (Bank Side) at Fairfield, will dated Dec. 2, 1687, probated Mch. 15, 1688, mentioned his wife Mary, and children Thomas, Simon, Sarah, Hannah, Samuel, Mary, Eldest daughter under 22 yrs of age and Martha under 10 yrs of age, legacies to his brother's son Thomas Couch, who now lives with me, and his brother's daughter, who now lives with John Gromans, and cousin Susanna Couch living in Milford. Executors his sons Thomas and Simon. Overseers Jehu Burr and John burr. Witnesses Edward Howard and Sarah Groman, page 250.
