TOMSON, John, late of Fairfield, Feb. 12, 1668, Daniel Finch of Fairfield released Francis Hall, Thomas Staples and Cornelius Hull, administrators, from obligator to pay the children of decedent, by reason of his marriage with Elizabeth, the widow of said John Tomson, deceased. Witnesses William Hill and William Ward, page 35.

USHER, Robert, late of Stamford, will dated Sept. 21, 1669, probated Nov. 1, 1670, mentioned his widow____, (who was probably the widow of Jeremiah Jagger), and children Robert, and Elizabeth, legacies to Deborah Rose and Richard Cosens, canceled the debt of Richard Scofield, and mentioned his brother Hasekia Usher of Boston. Witnesses John Bishop and John Holly, page 55.

WARD, Hester, widow of Andrew Ward, late of ______, will dated Dec. 27, 1665, probated Feb. 28, 1666, mentioned her children William Ward, Mary Burr, Andrew Ward, Samuel Ward, Abigail Ward, Anna Nicholls, and Sarah Burr; grandchild Hester Ward, son John's children, grandchildren Sarah Burr and Nathaniel Burr, children of daughter Sarah, legacies to Daniel Burr and Hester Burr. Executors sons Andrew Ward and William Ward. Witnesses Samuel Wakeman and William Hill, page 11.
