Philip, of Rye, in the Colony of Connecticut, County of Fairfield, Feb. 26, 1672, transferred property at Rye to Robert Bloomer of Rye, between the lots of George Sniffin's and John Odgen, and also property near Timothy Knap's lot. Witnesses Joseph Horton and John Rockwell, page 87.
Robert Bloomer, Mch. 3, 1673, transferred the above property to Simon Roberts of Boston. Witnesses George Lane and John Brundish, page 87.

Philip Galpin, Feb. 20, 1672, transferred other property at Rye to Simon Roberts of Boston. Witnesses Joseph Horton and Richard Lounsberry, page 86.

GILBERT, Obadiah, late of ______, will dated Aug. 23, 1674, probated Mch. 9, 1674, mentioned his wife Elizabeth, and children Sarah Olmstead, Obadiah, Benjamin, and Joseph. Overseers his brothers Jonathan Gilbert and Josiah Gilbert. Witnesses William Hull and Esbon Wakeman, page 82.

His widow married Captain Nathaniel Sely, see, Volume 3.

GRIMES, William, late of Greenwich, will dated July 18, 1671, probated Sept. 7, 1677, devised all his property to Joseph Mead, John Rennolds, and Eliphant Jones to be disposed of by them in such a way as they shall Judge most for improving the Town of Greenwich. Witnesses Ruth Ferris and Deborah Barlow, page 60.
