MEAD, Sarah, late of Greenwich, widow of Nehemiah MEAD, will dated Feb. 1804, probated Sept. 1808, mentioned her children Nehemiah MEAD, Lucy wife of Isaac HOWE, Rachel wife of Charles WEED, Bethiah wife of Stephen DAVIS and Clarinda wife of Isaac MEAD, Jr., granddaughter Sophia wife of Peter Demill of New York City. MEAD, Silas, Jr., late of Greenwich, June 29, 1813, letters of administration on his estate granted to Jabez MEAD, who was ordered to advertise for claims, page 502. Inventory taken July 9, 1813, by Calvin MEAD and Zophar MEAD, jr., and filed Aug. 3, 1813, page 502. Feb. 25, 1815, petition of Jabez MEAD, guardian of Sarah, Silas H., and Francis, minor children of decedent, for leave to sell the real estate of said minors, page 502, also another petition on page 43, dated Dec. 6, 1814, and order authorizing sale, dated Feb. 21, 1815, page 44.
