Gilbert on the first day of May last, and it is very desirable and necessary that their rent should be pain on the day it fall due, and I hope in the future you will endeavor to do so. you can call me & pay the rent to Mr. Edumnd T. Gilbert No. 7 Leonard St. or you can call at my office No. 4 Wall St. and pay the same to me___ I hope you have this attended to immediately & oblige ~
