  December 20, 1794 land deed from Jeremiah and Margrette Miller of New London, CT. to Lot Larkham of Voluntown,
  CT. Lot Larkham of purchased two fifth parts of Winthrop land in Voluntown for 16 pounds from Jeremiah and
  Margrette Miller.

  To all People to whom these Presents come, Greeting.

  KNOW YE, That we Jeremiah Miller and Margrette Miller of New London in the County of New London & State of
  Connecticut for divers good Causes and Considerations moving more especially for the consideration of Sixteen
  pounds L. M. received to our full satisfaction we have remised, released, and forever quit-claimed, and by these
  Presents for our selves and our Heirs, do fully, clearly, and absolutely remise, release, and forever quit-claim unto Lot
  Larkham of Voluntown in the County of Windham & State aforesaid in the full and peaceable Possession and Seisin,
  and to his Heirs and Assigns forever, all such Right, Estate, Title, Interest and Demand whatsoever, as we the said
  Jeremiah Miller & Margrette Miller have or ought to have in or to two fifth parts of all the Land Deeded to us by the
  Children & Heirs of our Dcd. Brother John Wait Winthrop, Esq. Dcd., Lying in the Town of Voluntown aforsd. that is to
  say, one undivided fifth part willed to the Said Margrette by her Sister Ann Winthrop Late of Sd. N. London Decd.

  TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The above mentioned Lands unto the said Lot Larkham Heirs and Assigns, to the only Use
  and Behoof of the said Lot Larkham Heirs and Assigns forever; so that neither we the said Jeremiah Miller & Margrette
  Miller nor our Heirs, or any other Person or Persons, for us, or in their names, nor in the Name, Right or Stead of any of
  them, shall or will by any Way or Means hereafter, have, claim, challenge or demand, any Estate, Right, Title, or
  Interest, of, in, or to the Premises, or any Part thereof; but from all Premises, or any Part thereof; they, and every of
  them shall be utterly excluded and barred forever by these Presents.

  In witness whereof; we have hereunto set our Hands and Seals the 20th Day of December
  Anno Domini 1794
